Avoin haku Tanssille ry:n tilaresidenssiin

Kaipaatko kiireetöntä aikaa ja tilaa taiteelliselle työskentelylle - testailla ja tutkia vielä alkuvaiheessa olevia ideoita? Tai kenties kaipaat tilaa ja aikaa tekeillä olevalle teosprosessille ja toivot itsellesi/työryhmälle työskentelyaikaa? Hae tilaresidenssiimme ja samalla pääset jakamaan työskentelyäsi Tanssille ry:n tunneilla. Haluamme tukea sinua ja kehittää tanssia yhdessä monimuotoisempaan suuntaan. Myös tanssipedagogit voivat hakea tilaresidenssiin. Tilaresidenssin tarkoituksena on tukea aliresurssoitua ammattilaiskenttää sekä jakaa praktiikoita ammattilaisten kesken.

Tanssille ry tarjoaa 36 tuntia ilmaista harjoitustilaa yhdelle koreografille/tanssin ammattilaisryhmälle syyskaudelle 2022. Residenssin kokonaiskesto on kaksi viikkoa (ei viikonloppuisin, eikä 6.12) aikavälillä 28.11- 9.12.2022 klo 11:45-15:45, jonka aikana koreografi/ryhmä voi treenata ilmaiseksi Tanssille ry:n aamutunneilla ja jatkaa tämän jälkeen työskentelyä salissa neljä tuntia/päivä. Residenssin saava koreografi/ryhmän edustaja sitoutuu opettamaan kolme Tanssille ry:n nykytanssin aamutuntia residenssijakson aikana sekä pitämään yleisölle avoimen demon. Residenssistä maksetaan palkka, 450€ per henkilö. Harjoitustilana toimii Helsingin Tanssiopiston Leipätehtaan sali Sörnäisissä.

Kuka voi hakea residenssiin? Hakijan tulee olla Tanssille ry:n jäsen tai työryhmissä vähintään yhden henkilön on oltava jäsen. Työryhmän maksimikoko on 5 henkilöä. Valintakriteereinä on ammattimaisuus, tilan tarve ja halukkuus jakaa työskentelyprosessia Tanssille ry:n jäsenille.

Tilaresidenssiin haetaan avoimella hakemuksella. Residenssiprojektin lopuksi järjestetään yleisölle avoin demo, jonka muodon ryhmä voi itse päättää. Se voi olla esimerkiksi keskustelu, esitys tai harjoitteiden jakaminen. Kerro hakemuksessasi vapaamuotoisesti projektistasi sekä mahdollisesta työryhmästä ja lähetä se osoitteeseen info(at)tanssille.net 23.9.2022 mennessä. Haku on auki! Valinnasta ilmoitetaan hakijoille 7.10.22 mennessä.

Open Call for a working space residency organized by Tanssille ry

Apply for the residency to make space for your art and to share your work in Tanssille ry training classes. You may have a ready concept or your aim is to try out new visions. Tanssille ry wants to support artists and to develop dance art towards more diverse direction. The aim of the space residency is to support under resourced professional dance field and to share practices among colleagues.

Tanssille ry offers 36 hours of free rehearsal space for one professional choreographer or a professional group. Residency takes place 28.11-9.12.2022 at 11:45 am - 3:45 pm (Please note! Not on weekends or 6.12) and the rehearsal space is located in Sörnäinen at Helsingin Tanssiopisto's studio in Leipätehdas.

The applicant should be a member of Tanssille ry or, in the group that applies, at least one person should be a member.

The whole duration of the residency is two weeks. The choreographer/group can attend the morning classes for free organized by Tanssille ry and can continue their own work in the studio for four hours per day after the class. During the residency period the choreographer or the representative of the group (max. 5 person) commits to teach three Tanssille ry`s contemporary dance classes and to have an open public demonstration. A salary is paid for the residency period. The salary is 450€ for one person.

The selection criteria are professionalism, the need for space and the willingness to share the working process with Tanssille ry members. You can apply for the space residency with an open application. Groups, please note that the maximum size of the working group is 5 people.
